Shipping

Shipping is free in mainland France on orders of €250 or more via Colissimo. For any order below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Internationally, we mainly ship our orders with DHL Express to guarantee fast and secure delivery. In some European countries, a delivery option via the local postal service may also be offered. 

The applicable shipping costs are indicated before you confirm your order.

Returns

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To request a return, please complete our return form available on the website. Once your request is validated, you will receive the necessary instructions to return your item.

Return shipping costs remain your responsibility, except in the event of a preparation error or a defect found on the received item. Returned products must be complete, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Upon receipt and validation of the return, the refund will be issued using the payment method used at the time of the order.
