• This product can neither be returned nor refunded.

If you wish to give the card to someone, you can enter their details at checkout so they receive it directly in their inbox. Otherwise, it will be sent to you and you can of course forward it to the person of your choice afterwards.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order items).

Complimentary shipping is available within mainland France on orders over €250 via Colissimo. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, we primarily ship with DHL Express to ensure fast and secure delivery. In selected European countries, a local postal service option may also be available.

Applicable shipping costs are displayed before you confirm your order.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To request a return, please complete the return request form available on our website. Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an order preparation error or a faulty item. Returned items must be complete, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
