Shipping, Exchange and Return
1/ Shipping :
Our sweaters and other items available on the site are shipped to the delivery address indicated when ordering.
Shipping costs are charged at the true cost.
When indicated, custom duties are included in the amount charged.
All our products are now delivered by DHL in order to guarantee the best possible quality of service.
Our goal is to have your order delivered within 48 hours.
This delay may be longer, either because DHL could not deliver (absence at the time of delivery) or for other reasons beyond our control.
As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it at no cost. If your order has been shipped, any shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
2/ Exchange :
Exchanges is free.
3/ Returns :
Shipping costs are deducted from the refund, except in case of product defect.
We will send you a DHL return label upon request, with the global cost charged.
