Shipping and Returns

1/ Shipping :

Our jumpers and other items available on the site are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.

All our products are delivered by DHL, Chronopost or Colissimo in order to guarantee the best possible quality of service.

Our aim is to deliver within 48 hours. However, it is possible that this time frame may be longer, either because DHL or Colissimo were unable to deliver (absent at the address at the time of delivery) or for other reasons beyond our control.

In some exceptional cases, delivery may take longer, but we guarantee a maximum of 15 days.

In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to inform you of the delivery time that was indicated when the order was placed.

Deliveries by Colissimo are offered in Metropolitan France for orders of 200 euros or more, excluding VAT.

In other cases, deliveries are payable and shipping costs are invoiced at the actual price in other cases, particularly when using DHL.

We ship out of the EU via Colissimo, Chronopost or DHL. 

We can provide return labels only with DHL that are charged to the customer. 

Otherwise, returns are to be organized by the recipient.

 2/ Returns 

 a/ In case of product defect: 

 Shipping and returns are free. 

 b/ Exchange : 

 Shipping and return costs are to be paid by the customer. 

 c/ Return without exchange : 

Shipping and return costs are deducted from the refund.
