Yes. When placing your order, select the "Pickup" option and choose one of our stores. Orders are usually ready within 1 hour.
Shipping
Please go to our return form available on the website. Once your request is approved, you will receive by email the instructions needed to send back your item, along with a Colissimo or DHL return label if required depending on your destination (the cost will be deducted from your refund). Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order items). Shipping is free within metropolitan France for purchases over 250 EUR via Colissimo; below that amount, fees are calculated at checkout. For international orders, we primarily ship with DHL Express to ensure fast and secure delivery. In certain European countries, a local postal service option may also be offered. Applicable shipping fees are shown before you confirm your order.
In metropolitan France, we do not currently offer an express delivery option. Internationally, we primarily ship with DHL Express, which ensures shorter delivery times than standard postal shipping.
The carrier will send you instructions for arranging a new delivery attempt or picking up your parcel at a collection point. Please make sure someone is present at the indicated address on the scheduled date.
Yes, we ship to many countries. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To request a return, please complete our return form available on the website. Once your request is approved, you will receive the instructions needed to send back your item.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a preparation error or a defect found on the item received. Returned products must be complete, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Upon receipt and approval of the return, the refund will be issued using the payment method used for the order.
No refund will be given for items showing defects, alterations or stains, or that have been worn beyond simply trying them on (perfume odor, makeup marks, signs of wear, or a stretched-out garment).

Our products are made in France, Italy and Mauritius. The country of manufacture is indicated on each product page.
We recommend hand washing in cold water, or a gentle machine cycle with a mild wool detergent. Dry flat, away from direct heat. For cashmere pieces, avoid hanging on a hanger.

Each piece is carefully photographed to reflect its color and fabric as accurately as possible. The shades shown on the website match the actual items. A slight variation may nonetheless appear depending on your screen settings.
