The Mila Costes Cardigan reimagines our iconic design as a tribute to Costes, in the hotel’s signature deep brown and finished with the collaboration’s embroidered patch, bringing together the hotel façade and the AG monogram. It is part of a wider capsule collection created with Costes, designed to be worn at the hotel, while travelling and on the streets of Paris.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order items).

Complimentary shipping is available within mainland France on orders over €250 via Colissimo. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, we primarily ship with DHL Express to ensure fast and secure delivery. In selected European countries, a local postal service option may also be available.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To request a return, please complete the return request form available on our website. Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an order preparation error or a faulty item. Returned items must be complete, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
