Delivery, exchange and return

1/ Delivery :

The products available on the website are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering.

Delivery by DHL or Colissimo Signature is free in mainland France for orders of 250 euros or more, including VAT.

In other cases and for other countries, deliveries are subject to a charge and shipping costs are invoiced at the fairest price.

All our products are now delivered by DHL or Colissimo Signature to guarantee the best possible quality of service and to provide proof of actual delivery. The DHL option is more qualitative, but DHL rates became very high after the Covid, which led us to offer the Colissimo option when available for the country of delivery.

Our aim is to deliver your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

This time may be longer, either because DHL or Colissimo was unable to deliver (absence at the time of delivery) or for other reasons beyond our control.

As long as your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it free of charge. If it has been dispatched, any delivery charges due will be deducted from the refund.

2/ Exchange :

To simplify exchanges, avoid errors, long delays and out-of-stock situations, please return the product you wish to exchange.

We will refund your money. You can then place a new order.

3/ Returns :

You are responsible for organizing returns, except in the case of product defects.

On request, we can send you a DHL return label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
