Delivery
Your orders are entrusted to our carrier (currently Colissimo and/or DHL depending on the destination).
Delivery in metropolitan France is free for purchases over €250 (incl. tax).
Below this amount, delivery charges are indicated during the order process.
The delivery times displayed during the order do not include preparation time.
Deliveries outside the European Union:
• Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed excluding import duties and taxes (DAP Incoterm); these costs remain your responsibility upon receipt of the package.
• For certain countries, customs duties and local taxes are collected at the time of order (DDP Incoterm) to avoid any additional payment upon delivery.
Upon receipt:
• Ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address on the scheduled date.
• In case of absence, follow the instructions left by the carrier to arrange a new delivery or collection at a relay point.
• Check your package upon receipt and report any anomalies directly to the carrier.
Return an item
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.
How to submit your request:
• online, directly from your customer account
• by email to info@alexandragolovanoff.com;
• by mail, using the withdrawal form, addressed to: Boutique Alexandra Golovanoff 21, rue du Mont Thabor 75001 Paris.
Once your request is sent, you must return the item to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs remain at your expense, unless they result from an error or defect on our part.
Return conditions:
• the item must be complete and in its original condition: labels, accessories, packaging, and instructions included;
• no refund will be granted if the item shows signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or has been worn beyond simple trying on;
• some items cannot be withdrawn: custom-made or clearly personalized items, and items sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, we will refund the full amount paid (including standard delivery costs for delivery within the European Union, excluding additional charges related to express delivery), within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal. This refund may be delayed until receipt of the returned item or until you have provided proof of shipment.
Taxes, customs duties, and delivery costs outside the European Union are not refundable.
Exchange an item
At AGCP, exchanges are not direct: it is not possible to send a new item in replacement of the one you are returning.
To change size or color, please follow these steps:
• return the item as described above ("Returning an item");
• as soon as your return is accepted, we will issue you a credit note for an amount equal to the price paid for the item concerned, minus any return or refurbishment costs;
• you can then use this credit note to place a new order, online or in our stores, for the desired size or color.
The credit note is valid for 12 months from its issue date, is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. It can be used in one or more transactions, up to its value, for any purchase from AGCP.
If the desired item is available in limited quantities, we recommend placing your new order quickly after receiving the credit note.
Statutory warranty
Regardless of your right of withdrawal, any item delivered that is non-compliant or has a hidden defect remains covered by the legal guarantees provided for by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code (2-year legal guarantee of conformity, guarantee against hidden defects).
