shipping and returns
Delivery, Exchange & Return
1/ Delivery
The products available on the website are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Deliveries within mainland France are free for orders of €250 incl. VAT and above.
In all other cases and countries, delivery is chargeable and shipping fees are billed at carrier cost.
All our products are shipped via FedEx to ensure the highest level of service and to provide proof of effective delivery.
Priority shipping (FedEx France First or FedEx International Priority Express) is chargeable and billed at carrier cost.
Our goal is to have your order delivered within 48–72 hours (excluding orders placed over the weekend).
Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery date. If you are absent when the parcel is presented, it is your responsibility to follow FedEx instructions to arrange a new delivery or collection at a pick-up point.
As long as your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it free of charge. If it has been shipped, any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
2/ Exchange
To simplify exchanges, avoid errors and delays, and prevent stock issues, please return the product you wish to exchange.
We will refund you, after which you can place a new order.
3/ Return
Return arrangements are your responsibility (except in the event of a product defect).
Refunds will only be granted if the products are returned in their complete original condition, including tags, accessories, packaging and instructions.
No refund will be issued if the products:

show defects, alterations or stains,

have been worn beyond mere fitting (including, but not limited to, perfume odour, traces of make-up, signs of wear or fabric loosening).
Taxes, customs duties and delivery fees outside the European Union cannot be refunded. All return costs, including but not limited to shipping costs, customs duties and any applicable taxes, shall be borne by the Client, unless the defect is attributable to the Seller.
