How to take care of your cashmere knitwear ?
Whether it is pure cashmere or mixed cashmere, our first desire in the choice of our yarns is to offer the highest quality. Cashmere is a delicate and precious material, which requires a particular and adapted treatment to preserve its beauty over time.
Wash your cashmere by hand, in warm soapy water (use a wool detergent such as Mir Laine & Délicats or even a gentle shampoo such as Mixa Baby). Rinse several times with clear, warm water. Always use rinse water at the same temperature as your washing water. The felting comes from the temperature difference between washing water and rinsing water.
Wring it out gently by hand without wringing it out.
Wrap it in a towel to remove excess water, then let it dry flat, away from any heat source on a new towel. Once dry, iron it gently and store it flat rather than hanging on a hanger.
Note: If you have a reliable washing machine, a cold wash on the wool program may also work well.
Is your sweater pilling? There can be several reasons:
Cashmere being natural, a surplus of material will appear in the form of "lint" the first times it is worn, often in places of friction. In the same way as a new wool carpet or rug. To remedy this, wash your cashmere regularly following our recommendations.
Cashmere needs hydration, water. It can become pilled from drying out, for example if it has not been washed or if it has been dry cleaned. Again, hand or delicate machine washing is recommended.
After washing and ironing, a light shave will remove any remaining lint. There are models of sweater shavers with protective grids, very efficient.
Did your sweater have an accident?
A stitch pulled? Never make a habit of cutting it open and risk creating a hole. Instead, use a hook or needle to bring the stitch back into the knit.

Our sweaters and other items available on the site are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
All our products are delivered by DHL or Colissimo in order to guarantee the best quality of service possible.
Our goal is to deliver within 48 hours. However, it is possible that this time may be longer, either because DHL or Colissimo could not deliver (absent at the address at the time of delivery) or for other reasons beyond our control.
In some exceptional cases, delivery may take longer, but we guarantee a maximum of 15 days.
In the event of a delay in shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of the delivery time that was indicated when you placed your order.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in case of delay in delivery, the Customer has the possibility to cancel the order in the conditions and modalities defined in the article L 138-2 of the Code of the Consumption.
Deliveries are offered by Colissimo in Metropolitan France and in some EU countries from 200 euros of purchase.

Shipping costs are charged at the real price in other cases, and in particular when using DHL.

The return costs are free.

The return shipping costs are deducted from the refund when shipping is done by DHL.
